With 33 years of wildlife experience and a tenure at EMEC since 2014, Phil began in land management and now oversees district level licensed ponds across Leicestershire, Rutland, Nottinghamshire, and South Kesteven, while supporting the ecologists with surveys and maintaining our field equipment. Outside of work I stay active in local wildlife groups, travel, catch up with friends, and enjoy a good glass of whiskey.
