
EMEC is delighted to announce the appointment of Jack Lines as our new Project Manager.
Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, Jack spent eight years at Balfour Beatty as a Material Engineer, where he was responsible for managing projects and providing technical support.
He holds a BSc in Applied & Environmental Geology and has a strong background in environmental and infrastructure projects. In his new role at EMEC, he will be overseeing a variety of projects, including natural flood management, river restoration, and green space creation. His expertise and project management skills will play a key role in delivering EMEC’s commitment to enhancing and protecting the environment.
Speaking about his decision to join EMEC, Jack said: “I was drawn to EMEC because of the exciting projects they are involved in, as well as the fantastic environment and team I encountered during the recruitment process. I’m looking forward to making a positive impact in my new role.”

Outside of work, Jack enjoys hiking, following Ipswich Town, watching cricket, reading, travelling, and visiting pubs.
